After trailing at least 4 different air overlays, I was introduced to CuroCell S.A.M. I had been trying different overlays with one of the residents here as she was at risk of low level pressure problems. This particular resident has been on the S.A.M for over a month now and all signs of pressure have disappeared. To me, that means the mattress must work!

The CuroCell Cirrus was the answer to my 5 year problem!! Before I purchased the CuroCell Cirrus I was using a full replacement alternating air mattress that i had brought over 5 years ago when living in Sydney. I fell in love with the CuroCell Cirrus after my first trial night. A full night’s sleep was all it took! Over against my previous mattress the Cirrus has far superior comfort, stability and you can’t even tell that the pump is on it is so quite! My client was one of those real tricky situations where nothing would work. We had literally tried every mattress I thought there was to try with them. Then I heard about this new mattress (CuroCell Cirrus) from Lightning Mobility that was supposed to be pretty first class. So I decided to put them and the mattress to the test. After seeing the mattress and the doing a trial I was confident this would work for my client. Lightning Mobility kindly left the mattress there overnight so my client could get a decent trial of it. I called back the next day and my client was still in bed!!! Now that’s saying something as normally she is out before 6.00am due to an uncomfortable night. I explained that she would have to give the mattress back as it was only and overnight trial... that didn’t go down to well! She was not a happy camper after I told her that. After realising she would not get the mattress for another couple of months due to the funding process my client decided to purchase one direct from Lightning Mobility!
